The official Twitter account of the Japanese boy band group THE BOY revealed that the FLAGLIA original musical anime project will premiere on January 16, 2022. The short-lived television anime series will air in consecutive 30-minute time slots each day, beginning with the first two episodes on January 16.

THE BOYZ will sing the anime’s main theme song “Here is” and perform the insert songs “Take Me Back” and “Talk About Us”. The boy band members will also do voice acting in the FLAGLIA animated series for the first time.

Itsurou Kawasaki (The Yakuza’s Guide to Childcare, Magical Girl Ore) directs the animated series. Other staff working on the anime series include ziwataneho (Senpai to Boku: Soumubu Shanai Kouanka illustrator) as original character designer, novelist Madoka Takadono (gun princess) as the original creator and screenwriter, and Eriko Itou (Farewell, my dear Cramer) as a character designer. Gaina studio handles animation production for the series.

An accompanying musical by FLAGLIA realized by Tsuneyasu Motoyoshi is also scheduled at Nippon Seinenkan Hall from February 3 to 9, 2023. Titled FLAGLIA the Musical ~Yukitekaerishi Monogatari~, the musical will be set in the Middle Ages, while the anime will be set in the present day. Takadono is also writing the screenplay for the musical.

singer/actor Yoshikuni Dohchin and South Korean boy band SUPERNOVA’s Yoon Hak were also announced as performers for the musical and the anime.

The musical is starring Toshiki Setōthe nine members of the japanese-korean boy band NIK, Waku Sakaguchi, Shoutarou Ookubou, Tatsuya Tomoishiand Kenji Sakamoto.

The Next Golf Anime BIRDIE WING -Golf Girls Story- revealed additional cast members ahead of its April premiere. Singer-songwriter Tsukuyomi will also perform the anime’s main ending theme “Yodaka”.

Among the new cast members are Toa Yukinari like Rose Aleon, Saki Fujita like Ichina Saotome, Mai Nakahara like Kinue Jinguji, Yukari Tamura like Mizuho Himekawa, Yuu Kobayashi like Kaede Oikawa, MAO like Kaoruko Iijima, Satomi Arai as Kuyou IseshibaKoari Nazuka like Viper, and Rina Satou like Haruka Misono.

It was previously announced that Kohmi Hirose will perform the anime’s opening theme “Venus Line”. A new key visual was also released last month to promote the series’ upcoming premiere.

BIRDIE WING -Golf Girls Story- is an original anime production between VIVEPORT — Virtual reality (VR) content platform from HTC — and Bandai Namco Pictures. BANDAI NAMCO Studios are credited with the original character designs from the anime. Pictures of BN will handle the animation production of the series.

Takayuki Inagaki (First monster in love) directs the anime and Yousuke Kuroda (My Hero Academia) does the scripting. Kotarou Nakagawa (Major 2nd) and Hironori Anazawa (SCARLET CONNECTION) are the music composers of the anime.

Other members of the anime’s production staff include Kei Ajiki (Yotsuiro Biyori) as lead character designer and Shin Misawa (Gingitsun) as a golf course and concept designer. Minoru Akiba (Rent a Girlfriend) and Shin Maeda serve as art directors for the series while Tomoe Takaya (Welcome to the school of demons! Iruma‑kun Season 2) is the color maker. Kojiro Hayashi (Tawawa on Monday Season 2) is the director of photography.

BIRDIE WING follows two golfers in a country called Nafres. Eve is a gifted golf prodigy known as the “Rainbow-colored Bullet”, who gambles for a living. Aoi is an elite golfer with a passion for the game and is known as the “Innocent Tyrant”. The two women come from different worlds, but find themselves closer after a fateful meeting.

The staff of the television anime Sosuke Toka‘s Ranking of kings (ÅŒsama ranking) manga unveiled the second promo video, ending theme song, and October 14 premiere on Friday. The video provides a preview of the ending theme song “Oz”. by singer Yama.

The series will air on October 14 at 12:55 a.m. (effectively October 15) in Fuji TV‘s Noitamina time slot. The anime will also air on affiliate stations of the network. It will air in Japan on Amazon Prime Video, one hour after its broadcast on television, before broadcasting on other services.

Funimation will begin airing the anime with English subtitles on October 15, and it will also air an English one dubbing.

The web manga centers around Bojji, a deaf and helpless prince who cannot even wield a child’s sword. As the eldest son, he strives and dreams of becoming the greatest king in the world. However, people murmur about him behind his back as “a good-for-nothing prince” and “in no case can he be a king”.

Bojji is able to make his very first friend, “Kage” (shadow) – a literal shadow on the floor who understands Bojji well. (Kage is a survivor of the Kage Assassin Clan who was all but wiped out. No longer a killer, Kage now manages to make ends meet by flying.) The story follows Bojji’s coming of age as ‘he meets various people in his life, with his fateful encounter with Kage.

Minami hinata will play the protagonist Bojji. Ayumu Murase will play Kage, a shadow who becomes Bojji’s friend.

Taku Kishimoto (91 days, Basket of fruits 2019, Moriarty the patriot) is in charge of the scripts of the series. Atsuko Nozaki (Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, The Legend of the Heroes: Trails in the Sky) designs the characters, while Masaki kawake is the sub-character designer. Both are credited as chief animation directors. Makoto fuchigami is the chief line manager. Masaru Oshiro, Shin ogasawara, and Nozomu Fujii are the main animators. MAYUKO compose the music.

Yoji Kaneko is the artistic director, while Kazushi fujii manages the artistic framework. Ken hashimoto is the key artist of color. Kazuto Izumita and Noriyuki Ueda are both directors of photography. Kiyoshi Hirose is editing. Yasunori Ebina is the audio director, while Yasunori Ogata manages sound effects. Maiko okada is credited as an animation producer.

The group Wildebeest King (first Banana fish ending) perform the opening theme song “BOY”.

Tōka serializes the manga on the user-submitted manga website Manga Hack and other sites since May 2017. Kadokawa published the 11th volume of the compiled book on August 12. The manga circulation has reached over 1.3 million copies.
